A peek at the day

See what Gather & Grow feels like.

Make your last quarter your best.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space where you can breathe, dream, and plan for what is next. Inspiring speakers. A live podcast conversation. Interactive sessions. A nourishing brunch. Time to connect with other like-minded women who are ready to finish the year strong.

This curated day will refresh your mindset so you feel energized and inspired, reset your goals so you create meaningful momentum, and refocus you on your passions and purpose with real clarity. It is more than an event. It is an investment in yourself.

What the day looks like.

The day starts with brunch and unhurried conversation. Coffee, real food, the kind of room you do not want to rush. From there, we move into a working morning built around a printed workbook you will actually use, with mini-roundtables between sections so you get into real conversation with the women near you instead of listening passively from a chair.

We tape a live episode of Sharing Passion and Purpose right in the room, with speakers and a panel. You are not an audience. You are part of the conversation. We close together, each woman naming what she is leaving with, in the company of the women who just spent the day with her.

Author, Speaker & Entrepreneur

Speaking on: Stop Waiting to Feel Ready

Shelby Gardner is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker passionate about helping women grow from their stories — even the parts they've disregarded, shoved down, or left unfinished — and step confidently into who they're called to be.

She and her husband own Rooted Land & Homes, a real estate brokerage built on the belief that business can be done with both strength and integrity. Through her speaking and writing, Shelby shares powerful messages on faith, purpose, courage, and embracing the journey while still figuring it all out.

When she's not writing or speaking, Shelby can usually be found thrifting for hidden treasures, tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, cheering on her children from the sidelines as a soccer mom, or enjoying a camping trip with her family. She believes that the best ideas often come disguised as ordinary days and that readiness is rarely required before purpose shows up.
