She hosts Sharing Passion & Purpose, a podcast of honest conversations with over 100 women navigating intentional career change, creative business building, and the in-between season most women never talk about. She convenes a monthly in-person gathering in Tulsa, an Inner Circle of women building together, and runs a free community of women asking each other the same questions her guests answer on the show. She holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa and teaches business at Tulsa Community College, as she has for twenty-five years.

Nancy Moore is a podcaster, community builder, and coach for women building work that pays. She hosts Sharing Passion & Purpose, a podcast of honest conversations with over 100 women navigating intentional career change, creative business building, and the in-between season most women never talk about.
The work began with a question Nancy kept hearing from women in her business classes, in coffee meetings, and in her career coaching work: What am I actually meant to be doing, and why is it so hard to find out? The podcast, the monthly gatherings, and the community grew out of her belief that women do not get unstuck alone. They get unstuck in rooms with other women asking the same questions and refusing to let each other off the hook for vague answers.
Nancy holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa and a business degree from Oklahoma State. She teaches business at Tulsa Community College, as she has for twenty-five years, and is a former career coach in the staffing industry. She and her husband live in Tulsa.
